For high strength, near zero elongation and optimal heat dissipation, PBO & Kevlar® fibres are used in many applications.  Blended into jackets or used in full application of core and/or jacket, these fibres enhance the life and performance in Superyacht braids bearing high loads and subject to intense heat build from winch friction.  Decomposition temperatures are PBO – 650°C & Kevlar® – 371°C.
